Great family time, but watch for wet floors

Our stay was mostly wonderful, with a very clean king suite that provided plenty of space for all of us. The indoor pool was a highlight for the kids, and the staff was remarkably accommodating.

However, there were some issues with housekeeping that left us puzzled. The service was inconsistent, and we encountered a hazardous situation with a wet floor sign being ignored, leading to a close call for one of my family members.

the breakfast was a disaster, only skim milk and one toaster that didn’t even toast! plus, the housekeeping just woudl ve been better if they cleaned properly instead of showing up unannounced. and how dare there not be any bottled water in the room when i expected it for my comfort, i almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was impressive! It was spacious and super clean. Loved the separate living area with a comfy sofa bed. My grandson said it was good for him. The king bed was really nice, and there were plenty of outlets for our devices. The shower was easy to access and had tons of hot water. It was a pleasant surprise to have TVs in both the bedroom and living area. Overall, it felt very accommodating for our family!
